Ubersuggest Chrome extension

Please note: once you've installed the extension, all you have to do is go to Google and do a search. Here you see data.

It was in sight for a long time. And now the time has finally come.

Today I want to introduce you to the Ubersuggest Chrome extension.

I have been in the SEO industry for over 21 years and I know it would be more convenient to do your SEO research while surfing the web or searching on Google than having to keep returning to Ubersuggest.

That's why I created this Chrome extension.

What's in the Chrome extension?

The easiest way to find out what's included (it's free) is to simply install and test it.

But here is what is included …

Keyword overview

When you search Google, an overview appears in the search bar.

You'll see the monthly search volume and cost per click for that keyword.

If you click the "Show All" link, a detailed overview of this keyword is displayed.

The diagram shows the total monthly search volume. The cool thing about the chart is that it shows you both the monthly mobile searches and the desktop searches.

Above the graph, you can see metrics about how difficult it is to rate a keyword (SEO difficulty) and how competitive that keyword is in terms of paid advertising (paid difficulty).

Below the diagram you can also see 2 bar diagrams. The first shows whether people click on the SEO results, the paid results or not at all.

The second shows data on the age range of all seekers.

Link overview

A balloon appears above the organic results, overriding the average authority of the ranked websites (domain score) and the average number of referring domains of the top 10 results (backlinks).

If you want a more detailed overview, a diagram is displayed in the sidebar, which shows the number of referring links in the top 10 lists.

Note that the link metrics are based on referring domains. If a website contains 100 links with the same domain name, it only counts as 1. Because what is really important in search engine optimization is how many unique, relevant websites you can link to you instead of having the same website, over and over again linked to you.

Even more keyword data

You can also find more keyword data in the sidebar.

You'll see a list of other popular keywords that are similar. You also get key figures for each keyword … from the frequency of the search (volume) to the cost of a bid for this keyword (CPC) to the difficulty of the keyword from an SEO perspective (SD).

When you scroll to the bottom of the screen, you'll see a list of related keywords that Google provides.

Again, you get data such as search volume, cost per click and data on SEO difficulties.

URL metrics

When you do a search on Google, you will of course see a list of websites that rank for that keyword.

As you can see, the URL shows the authority of the website (domain score), how many Pinterest and Facebook shares the URL has and how many unique domains are linked to this result.

What's cool is that you can click the "down arrow" next to the number of links and see the exact list of linked websites, as well as their domain score and anchor text that they used for the link.

Choose your country and language

The last feature in the extension is that you can change your location and language.

All you have to do is click on the "Settings" link in the sidebar.

You'll see a long list of languages and countries to choose from.

Regardless of which version of Google you are using, e.g. B. Google.com.br or even Google.co.in, SEO data is displayed with every search.

Conclusion

I have some other big changes to the extension in the near future, but I would love to hear what you think about it so far.

And if you have any functional requirements, just leave a comment below. This way we can prioritize what we will add to the expansion next.

Try the Ubersuggest extension and give it a try.

What do you think of the expansion? What other features should I add?
