Habito publishes an erotic novel for Valentine's Day
Online mortgage company Habito has built a reputation for doing things differently by using surreal imagery in both its branding and advertising that set it apart from the stuffy corporate image we typically have of the financial sector.
But no one could have seen the latest communication coming. Created just in time for Valentine's Day by Uncommon Creative Studio, Habito has published an erotic novel written by Rocky Flintstone of My Dad Wrote A Porno and featuring illustrations by Sebastian Schwamm.
The idea for the novel arose from research showing that one in ten couples said the stress of applying for a mortgage had an impact on their sex life. Thus, The Road to Completion was born, a beautifully illustrated, if cheeky, book that is littered with both innuendo and mortgage advice.
"Yes, mortgages can be really sexy and nasty," says Tom Espezel, creative at Uncommon. "The collaboration between Rocky's cheeky words and Seb's beautiful illustrations has given Property Porn a whole new meaning. We're so excited to see the book for sale."
