The brand new Snickers advert provides a enjoyable depiction of lockdown life

The new ad of the chocolate brand, created by BBDO NY, carefree reflects some of the unexpected dangers associated with our creation of Lockdown

Snickers is the latest brand to post an ad that wouldn't have made sense to us a year ago, but is likely to create a much-needed grin in our strange new existence.

The spot highlights some of the habits we might have in our zoom-heavy setup and why it pays to be careful about blinking back into a more social world.

The ad is very current, but with the end line “Confused? Maybe you just need a Snickers. The aim is to loosely tie yourself to the brand's longstanding campaign, which portrays people who don't act like themselves when they're hungry. It will run on TV and online through the end of the year.
